Can I really get a website in 5 working days?

Yes — provided you send us your photos, services, prices, and details using our intake form. The 5-day clock starts when we have everything we need, not when you place the order. If you take a week to send photos, that adds a week to the timeline.

What if I want to change prices or add new services later?

You get your own admin login (no tech skills needed). You can change prices, services, opening hours, contact details, photos, and social links yourself, any time. Structural changes — like new pages — are quoted separately.

Who owns the website and domain?

You own your domain — it's registered in your name and paid for by you directly to the registrar. We host your site for you. If you ever leave, you take your domain and your content. Clean exit, no hostages.

What happens after year 1?

Year 1 hosting and care plan are included in the £500 setup. From year 2, it's £12/month (£144/year) for hosting, uptime monitoring, SSL renewal, and up to 30 minutes of small fixes per quarter. Optional — but if you cancel you'll need to host the site elsewhere.

What if I don't have a logo or photos?

No logo? We use a styled version of your business name. No photos? Sites can launch with stock-style placeholders, but real photos always look better — we'll help you understand what we need.

Do you work with businesses outside the 5 templates?

We started with the five templates because they cover most small UK service businesses. If yours doesn't fit, get in touch — we may be able to adapt a similar template or quote a custom build separately.

Where are you based?

We're a sole-trader business based in the UK (Lichfield area). We work remotely with clients across the UK — most communication is by email, phone, and short video calls.
